This review of computers and gifted students offers principles of good programming for gifted and talented students; identifies three levels of computer literacy; and urges the use of computers to support program goals such as accommodating individual learning styles and preferences, encouraging students to take responsibility for their own learning, and allowing for new kinds of social interactions.
