Technological Innovations for Vocational Training for the Severely Handicapped: An International Perspective.

A vocational training project involving videotape segments was conducted with four severely handicapped adults. Results indicated that a reinforced video modeling procedure was able to rapidly train severely handicapped adults (with a trainer to client ratio of one to two) on a complex benchwork assembly task. A correlational analysis of the group that achieved criterion revealed predictability measures for success and failure rates. (SBH)
