Transferring Success ESEA IV. Part C, Education Innovation and Support. Volume IV: Replication Manual.
Regnier, Paul; Khan, Muhammad
This planning guide provides eligible education agencies in New York State with the necessary information and instructions for replication grant competition in Title IV of the Elementary Secondary Education Act. Replication is the final phase of the "transferring success" process whereby a demonstrator's program is adopted by a New York State school district that has needs addressed by the program. The procedures for replication of a proven program which addresses a specific need are described chronologically in the manual. A fill-in chart is provided for districts wanting to plan a grant proposal and to administer and operate a replication project. (Author/LD)
