The first of a series of documents about Project Success, an enrichment program for gifted elementary students, describes identification and evaluation procedures for the four project components: language arts, electricity, marine science, and art. Included among sample identification measures are a checklist on general characteristics and a test on electricity. Evaluation measures appended include dialogue writing assignments and information on screening criteria, and an art evaluation check list. (CL)
