Surveyed national experts (N=73) in the field about training needs of school counselors. Results showed topics identified through frequency tabulations dealt with areas often reflective of concerns of today's society: single-parent families, drug and alcohol abuse, childrearing skills, ethics, use of computers, and consultation with teachers and parents.
