This article demonstrates how the Career Decision- Making System-Revised (CDM-R) has the capacity to serve as a system in assisting students in developing a significant number of the career competencies. Provides background on the creation of the CDM-R, evaluation of the inventory and the related ancillary material of the CDM-R, and ways by which the CDM-R can enhance the counselor's role.
