Education Law excerpts reprinted here include: Article 5--University of the State of New York, Part I--General Organization and Part II--Libraries; Article 41--District Meetings, Part I--General Provisions; and Article 51--City School Districts of Cities with Less than One Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Inhabitants. Session Law--Chapter 348, Laws of 1984 is excerpted. Rules of the Board of Regents excerpted include Part 10--State Library and State Museum and Part 11--Library Extension. Excerpts of Chapter II, Regulations of the Commissioner, Subchapter D--Libraries--Parts 90 and 92, and Subchapter N--Public Records and Department Publications, Parts 185 and 186 are provided.
