Epileptic fits, faints, and falls are described; the causes, sorts, and diagnosis of fits are detailed; and treatment that both doctor and surgeon can provide is reviewed. Further consideration is given to children with fits, the effect of fits on the mind, the care of the epileptic person, marriage and pregnancy, and the prevention of fits.
