The final technical report on the Illinois Regional Resource Center (RRC) details project activities (1974 to 1977) concerning the programing and assessment of unexplained or undiagnosed handicaps. Summaries and evaluation information are presented on the following RRC efforts: state program development (including technical assistance activities); educational appraisal (testing and referral); educational programing (parent and teacher consultation and program review); sharing resources; and project accountability and administration.
