This document reports the proceedings of a national conference to chart the comprehensive changes needed to meet the challenges of undergraduate professional education in agriculture. Part II of the proceedings presents reports of the 14 conference discussions on such topics as: teaching and research; including agriculture in K-12 education; cultural diversity; designing an environmentally responsible undergraduate curriculum; curriculum innovation; teaching science as inquiry; emphasizing the social sciences and humanities; teaching agricultural science as a system; and various contexts of agriculture (social and ethical, economic, and global).
