Edelfelt; (7) "Partnerships for Quality Teaching" (Richard W. Riley); (8) "Building a Strong Foundation: The Importance of Knowledge and High Standards in Improving Teacher Education" (Sharon Porter Robinson); (9) "Agenda for Tomorrow" (Roy A.
