The International Labour Office (ILO) will have to concentrate on: instructor training; strengthening the education, research and documentation services of trade unions; establishing and reinforcing permanent institutions of workers' education; promoting workers' education for all forms of participation in development; and teaching workers about the ILO and its work. Emphasis is on economic education, rural education, and development of new materials, methods, and techniques. (AG)
