This article presents summaries of three studies relevant to school crisis response. The first report, "A Framework for International Crisis Intervention" (Sally Dorman), is a review of how existing crisis intervention models (including the NASP PREPaRE model) have been adapted for international use. The second article, "Responding to Student Death" (Luke Anderson), reviews the literature associated with a school's response to the death of a student. Finally, the third article, "Including School Resource Officers in School-Based Crisis Intervention" (Daniel McNair), examines the value of police officers in addressing school needs in a time of crisis.
