Uses a case study to examine the trends in current and preferred methods of communication within an institution of higher education, the Manukau Institute of Technology, New Zealand. Interviews and questionnaires identified ways in which leaders and staff received information, the communication methods they considered most effective, and respondents preferred methods of communication.
