Mmari); (11) "Basic Skills Assessment: United States" (John D. Mulhern); (12) "Basic Education in Rural Areas: Bolivia" (Ignacio Paravicini Ruiz); (13) "Educating A Good Citizen: United Kingdom" (Jean Russell-Gebbett); and (14) "Primary and Secondary Education: Korea" (In-Jong You).
