This annotated bibliography cites books on Pennsylvania history for use in elementary and middle school classrooms. Because the list is selective, the author assumes that users will identify and read additional materials on their own. There are four major sections. The first two sections cite print materials for elementary and middle schools. The third section lists teacher resources. The fourth section cites instructional media including charts and graphs, filmstrips, kits, slides, transparencies, and videotapes. Organized by author, each entry includes title, publisher, date, and a brief descriptive review and critique. (Author/RM)
