The Academic Common Market 1980.
Southern Regional Education Board, Atlanta, GA.
The Academic Common Market is an interstate agreement among southern states for sharing common programs at both the bachelor's and graduate levels. Participating states are able to make arrangements for their residents who qualify for admission to enroll in specific programs in other states for in-state tuition. A list of coordinators and their addresses for the 13 states (Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and West Virginia) is provided. For each state, the programs for which the state has made arrangements are listed by subject, degree, institution, and with a cross-reference to a program description. The programs are also centrally indexed. In addition, for each state a list is given of the institutions offering programs in the Academic Common Market, the programs offered, and the states with which the agreement is held. (MSE)
