This report lists the accomplishments of a metric leader training project, which include production of a training manual and a series of workshops. Major events and activities are also listed. The evaluation report includes summaries of biographic data and profiles of participants in training, data on cognitive and affective dimensions of trainees, evaluations of training sessions, and percepttions of trainees about training sessions conducted by them after the formal training of the project.
