The document presents the final report of the High/Scope Demonstration Preschool Project, one of the First Chance national demonstration projects funded under the Handicapped Children's Early Education Program. Chapter 4 reviews the outcomes of home visits, parent conferences, and parent meetings. A fifth chapter describes demonstration and dissemination activities, while a sixth traces training of personnel from other programs and agencies (included in this chapter is a sample preschool teacher training profile form). Chapter 7 provides summaries of the training materials to be used in replication, the High/Scope Foundation First Chance Outreach Project, and the High/Scope Foundation Early Childhood Personnel Training Project. A final chapter considers evaluation of the inservice training program and offers a sample evaluation form. (SBH)
