This guide is a reference to assist nutrition educators in conducting a nutrition education project for certain target populations. It represents activities undertaken with school, home, and community cooperators in Lowell, Massachusetts, to improve the nutritional knowledge of bilingual (Spanish speaking) children and their families. Formats for workshops attended by educators and parents are presented as well as specific educational activities designed for classroom use. (JD)
