This manual is intended for use by adopters or adapters of a media-oriented arts and humanities program designed to train teachers in the techniques of humanizing the general curriculum. It contains lesson plans for grade eight that are geared to the curriculum areas of language arts, mathematics, science, and social studies. The art areas covered in the plans include art, music, drama, writing, poetry, movement, and film. Each plan contains the lesson's title and objectives, the equipment and materials needed, and a lesson scheme offering teaching techniques. (FL)
