This manual makes available the resources and experience of a project designed to respond to the career needs of young undergraduate women. Included is a list of annotated references, plus a summary of each curriculum unit. This manual is divided into six sections: (1) description of the preliminary phase of the project; (2) outline of the goals and methods of the project and its curriculum; (3) description of the Pilot Campus Interventions; (4) retrospective view of the training; (5) major resource lists compiled for the project; and (6) an annotated bibliography of materials relevant to the curriculum.
