This master plan for energy education consists of the following sections: (1) a rationale statement; (2) an energy policy statement; (3) general goals and objectives; (4) a status report for existing energy education programs in Florida; (5) an overview of alternative strategies for implementing an energy education program statewide; (6) organizational and implementation structure; (7) implementation plan and program for major energy education target groups; (8) evaluation and assessment programs; and (9) environmental residual efforts.
