Process Objectives.
Read, Bruce H.; Roberson, Don R.
This booklet describes a systematic procedure for developing and writing process objectives. Process objectives are designed to enable an examination of the activities within an educational program or agency. By describing the planned activities to be accomplished, process objectives become essential to the accomplishment of organizational goals. Process objectives should be easily monitored so that managers can assess program progress at its respective levels. Process objectives have five parts--the person(s) responsible, the activity, the time limit, the method of verification, and the standard of quality. Process objectives can be classified as management, support, or instructional process objectives. Exercises in critiquing and writing objectives are included. (Author/IRT)
