This short document is an historical review of the development of the College for Human Services, a specialized educational institution offering a subsidized two year work study program which prepares adults for careers as new professionals in the human services. The objectives, accomplishments, student and faculty backgrounds and roles, the curriculum, and the sources of financial support are briefly overviewed. (DM)
