This publication covers the policies, practices and procedures that have been found to be sound, workable and effective in the 50 years of the Omaha Public School Health Program. The philosophy is briefly stated, general personnel policies are reviewed, and an overview of the health services presented. A comprehensive listing and explanation of the procedures, from the opening of school until the closing, comprise much of this manual-like publication.
