The report of the Title VI Program in Oregon presents an overview of the summer 1969 activities which consisted of 24 projects designed for the areas of trainable and educable mentally handicapped, speech handicapped, deaf, visually handicapped, deaf-blind, and emotionally disturbed. The bulk of the text presents summary abstracts of each project including information on project location, funding allocation, nature and number of group served, background and rationale, objectives, methodology, evaluation procedures, results, and third party evaluation.
