This composite, descriptive report describes the 23 NDEA Title V-A pilot elementary guidance programs which have operated in Michigan during the fiscal year 1968-69. These short summaries represent condensations obtained from the applications of pilot programs. Each summary includes the district name, the superintendent, the contact person, and the counselors. A brief description of the local setting is provided. This is followed by a statement of purposes or objectives of the program. The scope of the program concludes the summary. Trends noted for most districts include a positive attitude by parents, and greatest satisfaction by counselors in individual contacts and small group work. (Author/KJ)
