This pamphlet discusses changes in adolescence and is intended for junior high school use. The changes in adolescence are just presented in general. Each chapter goes into detail on separate issues. Chapter Two is a general description of growth, the awkward body stages that adolescents reach. Chapters Three and Four discuss steps toward womanhood and manhood. Bodily changes are explained. Chapter Five discusses parenthood, conception, heredity, and parental influences. The final chapter presents several examples of boy-girl relationships as well as aspects of friendship, making friends, dating and going steady. (KJ)
