Three conference papers concerned with systems analysis and time management planning. One paper is concerned with techniques, especially the application of the "critical path method" or PERT (Program Evaluation Review Technique) in planning construction activities. A second paper concerns problems associated with collecting and communicating knowledge about educational facilities.
