An outline to guide Brigham Young University academic committees in the process of compiling program requirements for a proposed building or facility, in which each area is defined as to approximate size, function, furniture, etc. An outline of material to be prepared by the Brigham Young University is included to provide committees with an over-all picture of a program requirement. Typical pages from actual program requirements are likewise included. Building standards are contained in the instructions to guide the committees in determining office sizes, student spaces, and illuminations. (FS)
