A questionnaire was designed to test whether faculty status and/or a bargaining unit have any effect on such issues as length of contract, salary, level of educational degree expected, and research expected. The study found librarians don't know what benefits and privileges they receive or by what criteria they are evaluated. (Author/JAB)
