In "Why They Hugged in Minneapolis," Bill Nagle discusses the personal benefits derived from involvement in the Phi Theta Kappa honor society. In "Spotlight On...," Betsy Doane describes her experiences as a visually handicapped mathematics instructor. Ben Thomerson, in "A Californian in Connecticut," considers the benefits and insights obtained from teacher exchange experiences. Carol Weiss discusses her experiences in the Yale University Visiting Faculty Program in "How a Faculty Member from a Shopping Center Community College Found Happiness in the Hallowed Halls of Ivy." Finally, in "Sabbatical: A Time of Rest," Mike Moran describes his sabbatical leave activities. (AYC)
