Involved Educators Assess the Importance of Consultant Activities During the Implementation of an Innovative Curriculum
Harty, Harold
School Science and Mathematics, 76, 2, 97-106, Feb 76
Investigates the perceptions of teachers, principals, and consultants concerning the importance of identified inservice activities, provided by a consultant, to implementing teachers. One hundred-forty-five educators participated in a program in which Science--A Process Approach (SAPA) materials were introduced. Collectively, educators considered the demonstration of instruction most important, while teachers rated the consultant's skill in answering of content questions most valuable. (CP)
