A survey examined and compared employment of males and females in athletic and physical education positions in Florida public high schools during pre- and post-Title IX years. Study examined job satisfaction among male and female college coaches of women's teams. Coaches completed the Job Description Index and the Job in General Index to measure their job satisfaction and general feelings toward their jobs.
