Customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of products and services are concepts underlying quality philosophy that swept across U.S. industry during 1980s. These organizational principles are now being applied to educational practice, including administration, curricula, and teaching. This article explains how to build a strong, compelling vision to unite different elements of the education system in pursuit of continuous improvement. (MLH)
