Investigated the primary leadership orientations of Christian school leaders and their association with religiosity. Surveys of principals and assistant principals examined structural, human resource, political, and symbolic leadership; intrinsic and extrinsic religiosity; and quest religiosity. The human resource frame was respondents' primary leadership frame, followed by the structural frame. Only half of the respondents were multiframe-leadership users. Little statistically significant relationship was found between religiosity and leadership. (SM)
