Professional Development for Educators through Travel to Zimbabwe: One-Year Follow-up.

Fourteen teachers were surveyed following a professional development trip to Zimbabwe and one year later. Ratings of the experience remained at the same high level after a year. Nearly 50% more reported changes in behavior after one year than did immediately after the trip. (SK)
