Adults planning with young people make better plans and build better programs for all youth. Developing successful partnerships demands flexibility and compromise, but the benefits of such partnerships are enormous, both to the people involved and the community itself. Wisconsin's Positive Youth Development Initiative has made a good start. (JMM)
