Reports on an international survey of training programs for interlibrary loan and document supply offered by 137 library associations and library schools. Results indicated a discrepancy between topics taught and topics practitioners considered important. Trainers' major problems were lack of skills and materials and the fact that others failed to perceive the importance of their work. (Contains 10 references.) (KRN)
