This article describes and recommends a school-based cognitive-behavioral curriculum for the treatment of depressed adolescents. The curriculum is adapted for application in the school setting with teenagers from low-income and ethnic minority families. The authors discuss the theoretical approach and present details of the six-week sessions so that social workers can implement the curriculum in the school setting. (Contains 30 references.) (GCP)
