The Influence of Educational Enrichment on Self-Efficacy and Interest Levels in Young Children.
Stedtnitz, Ulrike
Topics in Early Childhood Special Education, v6 n1 p39-49 Spr 1986
The study examined how 31 young children's school-related self-efficacy expectations related to their exposure to enrichment or Type I activities as defined by J. Renzulli. Results showed that self-efficacy pretest scores were significant predictors of self-efficacy posttest scores, but not predictions of treatment conditions, sex, intelligence of any of three interaction terms.
