Expanding Educational Opportunities: Utah's "Dual-Mission" Model
Carruth, Blair K.
Change: The Magazine of Higher Learning, v51 n2 p8-13 2019

One way the state of Utah is meeting these needs is through a dual-mission higher education model. This report describes Utah's dual-mission education model.
