A Quiet Language Revolution: Second-Language Teaching in Canadian Contexts--Achievements and New Directions.
Stern, H. H.
Canadian Modern Language Review, v40 n4 p506-24 May 1984

The momentum of this movement can be maintained through improvements in French immersion, core French, emphasis on minority and foreign languages, and a new approach to university language curriculum.
