The document presents objectives and proceedings of a population education seminar involving representatives from 12 non Western nations. Major purposes of the seminar were to provide a forum where population experts from Asian and Oceanic nations could exchange ideas, cooperate in improving population education programs, and explore how to increase cooperation in population education on a regional basis.
