The volume contains seven appendices (A-G) which accompany the first volume. Appendix A provides a list of project personnel and of teachers who participated in the unit development workshop. Appendix B, composed of six sections, includes the unit lesson plans and teachers' guides used in the field study for grades 3, 5, and 7. The grade materials may be quickly located by the title pages which introduce them. Appendix C contains the cognitive and affective instruments designed for pre- and post-instructional use. Appendices D and E offer samples of student activities used during field execution of the project. Appendix D consists of materials related to a field trip to the University of British Columbia Research Forest. Appendix E contains student art work and compositions produced in a grade 3 classroom. Appendix F provides a copy of the teacher evaluation form which solicited teachers' reactions to the units. Appendix G is the Phase I evaluation report which describes procedures and findings of the initial survey which examined Project Learning Tree usage patterns in British Columbia classrooms and considered the feasibility of a field evaluation.
