Recalculated National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP) Reading Assessment results to include those from special-needs students who were tested with accommodations and examined the relationship between reading performance and varying state exclusion rates for special-needs students. Findings show that the magnitude of the increase in inclusion varies across jurisdictions. (SLD)
