This training manual outlines the skill areas and theoretical framework needed for a successful infant caregiver training program. The manual focuses on the child development aspects of training, particularly personality development, sensory development, language development, and the development of large-muscle skills. Throughout the book, an attempt has been made to highlight the fact that the success of training programs will depend to a large extent on the dynamics of the trainer-trainee relationship.
