Designed for integration into the senior high school curriculum, the issues and units are titled: (1) The Earth Develops Its Atmosphers, (2) Energy and Materials: Fundamentals, (3) Characteristics of Ecosystems, (4) The Production of Food, (5) Power Production, (6) Harmful Chemicals in the Environment, (7) Transportation, (8) Environmental Management: Principles and Methods, and (9) Some Ubiquitous Management Problems. The guidebook is written so the student may use it either on his own or in conjunction with classroom assignments. (BL)
