Business instructors in nine countries were asked to describe their job placement practices and comment on resumes and cover letters from U.S. applicants. Findings show practices vary widely and good U.S. resume may not be good in Australia and is usually not acceptable in Japan. Students should be made aware job search process differs considerably from country to country. (JOW)
